We ship worldwide from our studios in Copenhagen (Denmark) and California (USA). Every order is carefully packaged and shipped with track & trace using FedEx or GLS.

  • Art Prints are produced within 12 hours of your order.

  • Processing time (packaging & preparation) typically takes 1–5 business days.

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

  • Europe & United States

    • Orders under €75 / $85 → €9.95 / $9,95 shipping fee

    • Orders over €75 / $85 → Free shipping

  • Worldwide (outside EU/US)

    • Shipping starts at €29.95

    • Free shipping is not available for international orders

💬 Issues with your delivery?

We take great care in packaging our products, and most orders arrive in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@jpnstudio2023.com.

To help us assist you quickly, please include:

  • Multiple clear photos of the damaged item

  • The shipping box

  • A close-up of the damaged area

If your package seems delayed or stuck in transit, feel free to reach out — we’ll gladly look into it for you.

Want to return something? No problem — just note the following:

  • Returns are at the customer’s expense

  • Please contact us first at hello@jpnstudio2023.com before sending anything back

  • Items must be in new condition

  • Please reuse the original packaging to ensure safe return

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if you’re eligible for a refund.
